BE SURE YOU WANT TO ATTEND! While life happens, we do not refund classes/workshops. If you find that you can not come for ANY REASON AT ALL, your money will be transferred to another class/workshop of the same type for inclusion. This will be valid for 1 year.
Return of Personal Items (i.e. Yoni Eggs)
Due to the nature of our products (Yoni Eggs) we do not accept returns or exchanges (defective products exempt), as we cannot re-sell them. Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to us here at Rites of Passage Learning Center. Once our products leave the store we do not take them back.
If your item was damaged during shipping you can contact the shop during the first 7 days after the item was delivered and arrange a return.
Damaged Products
Due to the material of yoni eggs being natural stone, minor imperfections are normal. Products should be used internally at your own discretion. In the event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will gladly provide an exact exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. This is a rare event but it does occasionally happen. Please note that pre-authorization is required for all exchanges.

We will accept the return of other products (that are not Yoni Eggs), provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.
7 days replacement conditions
We offer 7 days replacement guarantee for all products sold (except yoni eggs), provided the product is in sealed condition. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact customer service (1-877-570-3108) within 72 hours, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement. This is however invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
The Rites of Passage Institute will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
Digital content such as e-books are not returnable at all. Personal item
Refund
Refunds , where applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. For example, refunds of credit card transactions will be processed by reversing the payment to the credit card only. The normal time for such refunds to reflect in your account is 12-15 working days
